Ingredients:
3 cups cooked brown rice (may use white)
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp- 1Tbsp curry powder
Combine salad ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and curry. Stir into salad. Chill.
